Terms of Use

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms apply to Mauritius, the AI chat and trip-planning service at mauritiusisland.ai. The service is operated by ANDEOR LIMITED, trading as Andeor, of Royal Road, St Antoine, Goodlands, Mauritius. Contact us at info@andeor.travel.

Using Mauritius

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for having permission to share information about anyone travelling with you. Share only the details needed to plan your trip.

AI answers and trip plans

Mauritius generates answers using artificial intelligence. Answers and itineraries can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Use them as planning assistance and check material details with the relevant official source or booking provider before relying on them.

Weather, sea conditions, opening hours, entry requirements, activity suitability, driving times, prices and availability can change. An estimate, suggested itinerary or departure shown in the chat is not a guarantee. Mauritius does not provide emergency, medical, legal or immigration advice.

Bookings and independent partners

Chatting, saving a trip or applying an itinerary does not make a reservation, take payment or contact a partner. A booking is made only through the separate booking service and its confirmation process.

Experience links may take you to Andeor’s marketplace or another external service. Read the listing and the terms, cancellation policy and privacy notice shown there. Independent partners deliver the activities they offer. Planning information does not replace their safety instructions or eligibility requirements.

Your account and saved chats

We use email verification to give you access to your account. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. Tell us if you suspect someone has gained access without your permission.

When logged in, your chats and plans are saved to your account so you can return to them on another device. You can currently keep up to 12 chats. We show an error if saving fails or another device has made conflicting changes. Keep the tab open and download a copy before reloading unsaved work.

Without an account, chats you choose to save stay in that browser. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or using private browsing may remove them. Download important plans and keep your booking confirmations separately.

Responsible use

Do not use Mauritius to break the law, harm others, impersonate someone, submit content you have no right to share, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or extract another person’s information. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in chat.

We may limit requests or suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the issue and how to contact us about it.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process it as necessary to answer your questions, store the chats you save, secure the service and provide support, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may use your answers and itineraries for personal travel planning. AI output may resemble other output and may contain third-party material. No ownership or accuracy of that material is guaranteed. The Mauritius interface, software, brand and supplied photographs remain protected by their owners’ rights.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Mauritius useful and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and usage limits may change. We will not introduce a paid commitment without showing you the terms and obtaining your agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate AI output, interruptions outside our reasonable control or services supplied by independent third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending your use and resolving concerns

You can stop using the service at any time, delete individual saved chats, or contact us to request deletion of your Mauritius data and access. Other services may have separate account or record-retention requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent court or regulator available to you under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they apply where required. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your saved information.
